Recipe n°1: Delicious sweet potato fries 🍠
Ingredients- 2 medium sized sweet potatoes
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon of paprika
- Black pepper
Preparation
To start, preheat the hot air fryer to 200°C. Spray the basket with a little oil. Next, slice the sweet potatoes into fries about 1cm wide. Add oil, salt, garlic powder, pepper and paprika. Cook for 8 minutes, without overloading the basket. Repeat 2 or 3 times as needed.

Recipe n°2: The essential chocolate brownie 🍫
Ingredients
- 90g dark chocolate
- 60g of butter
- 1 egg
- 60g of sugar
- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 50g flour
Preparation
In a bain-marie, melt the chocolate with the butter. Blanch the eggs with the sugars then incorporate the flour. Add the butter-chocolate mixture last. Line the inside of the AirFryer basket with baking paper then pour the dough in (spread it with a spatula). Preheat the AirFryer for 3min at 155°C. Place the basket in the drawer and start cooking for 15 minutes.

Recipe n°3: Crispy breaded chicken nuggets 🍗
Ingredients
- 2 chicken fillets
- 4 to 6 crackers
- 1 egg
- Plain flour
- 1 tbsp. oil
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika (about 1/2 tsp)
Preparation
Preheat Airfryer for 3 minutes at 180°C. Cut the chicken fillets into strips that are not too thin but not too thick either. Beat the egg with the oil and put it in a small deep dish. Put the rusks in a freezer bag and crush them finely with a rolling pin. Add the paprika. Dip a strip of chicken in the flour then in the egg and finally in the rusk powder, coating each side well each time. Place the strips in the basket. Place the basket in the drawer and start cooking for 15 minutes.

Recipe n°4: Apple pie 🍏
Ingredients
- 50g almond powder
- 2 tbsp. coconut powder
- 1 C. praline
- 1 C. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp. praline spread
- 1 puff pastry
- 3 apples, sliced
Preparation
Mix the almond powder with the coconut powder, the praline, the sugar and the beaten eggs. Line the cream on the bottom of your puff pastry. Pour the spoonfuls of praline spread. Arrange the apple slices all over the surface. Sprinkle with icing sugar and bake in the fryer for 15 minutes at 210°C

Recipe n°5: Spicy broccoli 🥦
Ingredients
- 500g broccoli
- 2 tbsp. at s. yogurt;
- 1 C. at s. chickpea flour
- 1/4 tsp. turmeric powder
- ½ tsp. tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 tsp. masala
- Salt and pepper
- Paprika
Preparation
Cut the broccoli into small florets. Dip them in a bowl with a teaspoon of salt and remove them after 30 minutes. For the marinade, mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Cover and store in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Preheat the Airfryer to 200°C. Place the marinated florets in the removable bowl of the fryer and set the timer to 10 minutes. Shake the basket once. After 10 minutes check if it is golden and crispy, if not leave for another 2-3 minutes.
