Recipe n°1: Raspberry banana detox smoothie 🍌 🍹

Ingredients (for 2 people)

  • 150g frozen raspberries, for an ultra-fresh smoothie
  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 1 plain creamy yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey, for a sweet side (optional)

Raspberries are very good for health. Very low in calories, they contain a lot of iron, vitamins C, and an exceptional mineral density! (Almost 1300mg of minerals per 100g). This nutritional composition promotes the slowing down of skin aging, anti-diabetes as well as good heart health.
Bananas are a natural anti-stress thanks to their rich magnesium content. They contribute to the health of the skin, the growth of bones, hair, nails, teeth, and protect against infections. They contain vitamins B and C as well as many minerals such as iron, potassium or magnesium.


Preparation


After having thawed the raspberries well and removed the water, peel and cut the banana. Then put everything in your Blender and add the natural velvety yogurt and honey. Mix the ingredients together for 2 minutes until you get a creamy, smooth and creamy detox smoothie. Then pour the raspberry banana smoothie into two fairly large glasses or jars. Let them rest for 10 minutes in the fridge to cool them down. Decorate them with a raspberry, a slice of banana and a mint leaf then enjoy.

Recipe n°2: passion fruit lychee smoothie 🍊


Ingredients (for two people)

  • 2 apples
  • 1 banana
  • 10 lychees
  • 1 glass of orange juice
  • 1 passion fruit
  • ½ lime

Lychees are rich in vitamin C and potassium. As a result, they have a very positive impact on the skin and the immune system.
The passion fruit is very rich in phosphorus, which will contribute to the benefit of bones and teeth, and iron, which will help fight against fatigue and anemia. It is composed of B vitamins, beta-carotenes and vitamin C.


Preparation

  • 2 very ripe mangoes
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 20 cl of coconut milk

  • 1 very ripe banana
  • 2 kiwi fruit
  • 1 green apple
  • 10cl of milk
